Table Saw Miter Slot Bar
Short video on how I removed the tabs in the miter slots that has become more bothersome than useful. I tried making runners to fit into the tabs but it was. 18' rigid steel miter bar works in 3/8' x 3/4' miter slots (both T-slot and standard) and features adjustable nylon set screws for eliminating slop; 1/2' hole at end of miter bar and positive stop at 88° allow compact hanging storage; Easy-to-Grip rubber overmold on all knobs for comfort.
- UHMW Precision Milled Bar 3/4' X 3/8' X 36' For Jigs, Fixtures or Miter Slots (size 3/4' x 3/8'). Slick Durable Material Slides with Ease. Ideal for Table Saws, Router Table and Bandsaws (2 UHMW Bars) 4.5 out of 5 stars 262.
- Why mess with a factory 'installed' miter? If both miters are used simultaneously, a guide smaller than the slot can be used against the outside/inside edges. Having owned a Ryobi TS and searched for 5/8' bar, it is not a commonly stocked size.

Incra Steel Miter Slider
I used the miter sliders to build a jig to cut pieces for segmented bowls. After adjusting them to my saws miter slots mounting them was easy if you follow the directions. When the jig was dialed in to the angle needed the sliders make the jig slide very easily.I like the fact that they are made of steel and the discs hold up very well to use.
